Retrieve the full result for a previously submitted search. The response uses the same JSON:API format as the create a search endpoint, with the matched songs in the included array along with their audio_files and artists resources.

This endpoint only returns searches that have reached a terminal state (completed or failed). If the search is still processing, a 404 is returned. Results are scoped to your API key; you cannot retrieve searches created by a different key.

Signed audio file URLs and stem URLs are regenerated on every read, so a freshly fetched response is always safe to use even if the original webhook was delivered days earlier.
